Hi Jean, It is with a great sadness in my heart that I write this but my lovely Poppy (sweet Pea) has gone to join her doggie friends to run free in the sweet meadows in heaven. She had a great life and I miss her terribly. The job you do in finding forever homes for these fantastic dogs is incredible and I for one am grateful to you. Thank you. x

Thanks Jean and the rescue for allowing us to rescue Manipi (Murphy) almost 6 years ago. Sadly he had to be put to sleep last week due to a tumor in the bone of his back leg giving him serious mobility problems.  We were truely blessed to have him in our lives and to say we are devistated is a huge understatement.

Hi Auntie Jean, its been a while (3 years since i moved in with mum and dad)! I've been having great fun with my mate Jet! I've got a new friend Pepe he's a little menace! My mum and dad have told me that we're going on an adventure, we're moving house to Kent! They've told me its going to be quite a long journey in the car, but we'll stop lots of times for me to stetch my legs.  They're also told me that i'll be able to walk along the beach at our new house! Its in England so i wonder if the other dogs there sound different to me? Jets from England and well he doesn't sound any different to me! He says it'll be fun, so i'm quite excited by it all!  I'll make sure mum and dad send you some lovely new photo's of us having fun at our new house.   So we'll be in touch soon x By for now Gino x

Hi Jean, how are you? Just to let you know that Poppy (sweet pea ) as you know her is doing great. She loves nothing more that lounging in front of the fire and getting a tummy rub. She is spoiled rotten as she deserves and I wouldn't be without her. She is still very crafty and can open door locks by herself but she does it for fun now not to escape. I will send you a photo. Talk to you soon, lots of love from Poppy and me xxx

I am sadder than I ever dreamed possible. My beautiful Hubble had to be put to sleep last night/ He was just the best boy, truly loved by all who knew him and gave his love and loyalty unconditionally during his 7 years with us. Words are simply inadequate to do justice to his memory. He gave so much to everyone whose life he touched , whether that be to a greateror lesser extent and there is now a massive break in our hearts. He never knew a harsh or angry word, was given cuddles 'just because', and was with us every day and night for his life duration. He will live on in our hearts, broken though they ay be for now, and we will still undoubtedly catch glimpses of him inthe field at thehose, in the stables, in the bed, on the sofa, Goodnight my darling boy, I will alwayslove youHubble.  Love Mum XXXXXXXX
